We're so glad we used Tom as our agent. We can't fault anything. He communicated well, was completely honest and coped well with our anxiety (and my British humour!). He made our selling experience as easy as it could be. He was also fun to work with. We'd definitely use him again in the future. Thanks Tom!

Thomas Merriman was our recommended agent from Ray White Turramurra. We found him to be very professional and he has an excellent understanding of the market. He was always very well presented and friendly. We very happy with marketing campaign and the sales result of our parents home. Our family would recommend Thomas to other friends selling on the North Shore. Susan Baird November 2018

Thomas was fabulous. We met him through the selling of a house we were renting and ended up buying a house he was selling. Always very professional, but also very friendly and transparent which we really appreciated.

Rowan did a great job during the sale of our house. He was utterly reliable, great at communication and he and David Walker made the process as painless as possible with good advice and regular updates. I can’t recommend the team at Ray White highly enough.

Every contact with Rowan was positive. He is very professional, knows his market well, does what he says he will do every time. Highly responsible, highly capable, no detail too small to ensure it is taken care of. Highly recommended.

It would be difficult to find a more professional, knowledgeable and personable real estate agent than David Walker. Buying or selling a home can be an emotional roller-coaster but David's cool and calm approach is very reassuring and surrounding himself with a like minded team gives you a sense of great reassurance. David comes with our highest recommendation and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

David did a great job helping us sell our house even with the difficult market conditions during our campaign. David kept us well informed throughout the process.

Rowan is such an experience sales person and has a great understanding of current property market. Furthermore, He is a outstanding negotiator in term of matching seller expectation and buy's affordability. Lastly, He is willing to give us any other helps such as recommend tradesmen for renovation. I definitely will suggest him to my friends for both selling and buying properties.

Matt Bolin is one of a kind. He is professional, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and works very hard for his clients. All this, with a constant smile on his face and makes you feel like your home is the only one that matters. An absolute pleasure to deal with. In a market that is supposed to be in decline, Matt sold our house in ten days, for a great price.

Rowan was awesome from the initial inspection. From his knowledge of the property as well the wider surrounding suburbs to the many seemingly small specific questions and concerns I had in relation to the property.
