First time house sale.

As my husband and I had lived in our home since we bought the land and built the Pettit &Sevitt house, it was a wrench initially to decide to leave, and move into Retirement Village. The process from beginning to the auction went as smoothly as we could have wanted. Thanks to Karen we were able to negotiate cleaning, garden maintenance and floor polishing with the minimum of fuss. The call backs went like clockwork, Kare was on the ball, on time and gave comprehensive coverage of the interest in our home. This made it easier to make the final drawing back and letting go. If I had any regret, it would be the length of the settlement time. Not Karen’s issue really, but this has made the moving on a bit tiring.
