He was honest & reassuring

David helped us through the whole selling process by giving us daily updates on any offers, discussions that he had with prospective buyers. It was not an easy sale due to the slope of the land and so many buyers were investors or developers only looking for level land to knock and re-build on. He was honest and re-assuring about the property value and stuck with it even though there were not many offers.
