Utmost care and professional at all times

It's hard to know where to start. Choosing an estate agent is a nightmare. You don't know who to trust, whether you will click and if they'll always have your best interest at heart. However, with Matt, you won't just work with an estate agent. You're gaining a friend, a family member, someone who is always in your corner. Matt has sold this particular property to us years ago and we have chosen him to sell it on again. If you're looking for an agent who is aggressively pursuing buyers without being mindful of your situation this isn't the agent for you. Matt is an absolute gentleman, he has patience of an absolute saint and he never loses his professionalism. Whether you ask him to recommend a tradie or water your garden, he will do it, and do it with grace. He has navigated a complicated situation through a pandemic, selling our home to am overseas family returning home via a call! Through all the viewings he maintained positivity, cheered us on and kept very objective. Matt is able to take on feedback and change to adapt to your communication style also. I wanted to be informed of what was happening so we created a whats up group where we stayed in touch through any updates.
