Very satisfied with Adam & the team!

We were very pleased with Adam and his whole team at Ray White. At all times Adam was polite and professional. He communicated clearly throughout the whole process, always made himself availble, and never made us feel rushed. He shared his experience and gave us his advice, but always respected that decisions were up to us. He was always considerate in balancing the needs of prospective buyers and inspections at times that suited everyone. He planned a campaign that was very successful and transpired exactly as he had intended. At a time where many houses in our street had been sitting on the market for many months with very little interest, Adam managed to get a lot of genuine buyers through our home, many making multiple inspections. When within 3 weeks we had offers being made, Adam didn't take the easy option to quickly wrap up the job. Instead, he then worked very intensely and expertly, pushing the price up considerably, allowing us to accept a good offer prior to auction. At all times we felt that Adam was genuinely working for us as the vendors, and we were very pleased with the result. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
