Excellent Service, Advice, Professional and Friendly

Been with Ray White Urban Springs since April 2021 and have enjoyed excellent service and advice throughout this time. Any issues that arise are addressed and resolved in a professional and friendly manner with all staff involved. Jacqueline is my property manager, and her direct and down-to-earth friendly approach helps clarify the options for the best outcomes using her vast experience and knowledge. Jacquie is also not shy in letting me know her thoughts when asked the best approach for any issues. I appreciate the support and experience Jacquie shares with me. Leigh in maintenance is also very helpful and clearly lets me know options to move forward using his understanding and familiarity with the issues faced. Leigh is open to other options in addressing maintenance issues and keeps me informed of the progress. He is patient in his explanations to my many questions and also in waiting for me to perform any maintenance items myself or via my contactors. I've also had numerous discussions with Andrew, Toby and team in sales and found their advice to be professional and most helpful. Other staff I interact with are also friendly and helpful. The team at Ray White Urban Springs are obviously well lead for all the staff to be professional, helpful and friendly when working in what can be a stressful environment at times. I'm glad and happy to have Ray White Urban Springs as part of my property team.
