Agent found the right buyer for unusual property sale.

Andrew advised us of the potential sale price of our investment property that was an old and tired 1950s fibro house on a corner lot, zoned R20-40. We weren’t sure there would be a purchaser interested in developing the land but Andrew found just the right buyer who could see the potential.
