Great Team, constant communication, fantastic sale price.

I have dealt with Ray White Urban Springs for many years. When the time came to sell, I had many discussions with the team on renovation requirements, paint colours, how to prep the property for sale, market timing etc. Danielle was on the phone to "Very regularly", which was great because it kept me motivated to prepare the property for sale. The marketing and effort to include furniture in the Pic's was a great tout and very much appreciated. The property was only on the market for a couple of weeks. I received many updates from the team before, during and after home opens. Market knowledge was excellent. Andrew gave me an estimated sale price. I thought it was the usual pitch (Mark up the price to get the sale), but the final price was both very pleasing and very accurate. I am busy and not an easy customer. I would like to sincerely thank Andrew, Danielle, & Kylie for their effort and patience.
