Communication

Communication was responsive and direct to the point. Whilst I mainly dealt with Kylie post purchase, who was also great, the initial experience with Andrew was reassuring and transparent.

Highly Recommended for Property Management and Sales

Weve been with Ray White Urban Springs for some 4 years or so after a nightmare experience with another well known, (high ranking), letting agent. In the time we have been with RWUS, we have had nothing but an excellent experience from the Property Management team who have been nothing but exceptional in their approach to us as owners and have dealt with our tenant in a professional and friendly manner. They have certainly changed our very negative and unpalatable view of letting agents based on previous dealings! Recently, we decided to sell the property and engaged with the Ray White U/S sales team. From the point of engagement, it was clear the team was totally aligned with the requirements needed from valuation to home open to final sale. Everything ran like a sewing machine! A special mention and recognition must go out to Danielle McCullough, who took the time to ensure we missed no communications and that we were totally informed at every step of the way. Nothing seemed too much trouble or out of her remit to find any answers to questions that we had. Her attention to customer service and customer experience was truly incredible and is an approach that is sadly missing these days in any industry!
