Planning and Communication

We meet with Jason 6 months prior to listing our property to discuss items that needed to be addressed prior to listing to sale our property. We also discussed the ideal time to list the property along with the "target" market. Following the listing we received weekly updates on digital traffic via the website and feedback from the private inspections, open houses and similar houses on the market place, including new properties. We achieved a timely sale at a price that allowed us to move on and this was achieved through good planning and communication.
