We have enlisted Jason over a long period to review and provide evaluations on our house over the years. It finally came the time to sell. We asked him to evaluate the property....he gave us some tips on how to get the best price for our house. 1)fix the problems that he could see would potentially devalue/discourage interest in the house. He also recommended a local contact to facilitate this, who was fantastic, as time was a huge issue for me. 2) Go to auction to get the best price. 3) Stage you property for potential buyers. Throughout the process both he and Grace were always contactable, even out of hours, when a novice had stupid questions. Jason and the team went above and beyond to open and present the house whenever asked, and allowed potential buyers to maintain and develop further interest in the property. Jason chased paperwork on my behalf (without prompting) to a make sure the potential buyers had all the information required to make an informed decision. When an emergency presented itself , days before the auction, they took action and gave me time to present the property in the best way possible, without faults which could turn off potential buyers. I feel Jason was genuine and I felt he had our best interest in mind when interacting with him. Predominately I was absent from the entire process of the selling period and I had full confidence that the team was trustworthy and genuine. All in all i had a great experience with Jason and I've had a great relationship with Raywhite as my rental agents for over 6 years. And to be honest I cannot find single fault with any interaction with Raywhite Warrnambool branch. Congratulations on a great team. I write this review with the knowledge that because I listened to Jason and team, trusted in their knowledge and experience my house sold for much more then I was expecting.
