Jason & Grace were amazing from start to finish of the whole campaign to sell our family home .

Jason & Grace were very responsive and kept us fully informed and up to date with open house dates and times & private viewings so I was able to have the house prepared in time for them which was really important . We were informed of what was going on in the market place and in our area frequently . We even attended an auction to compare our property and to experience what it was like prior to ours going to auction . Our last meeting was great as Jason recommended & helped us decide on a good reserve price and he was true to his word . . It gave us room for movement and was fair to the bidders and the outcome of the Auction was absolutely fantastic . . $5000 over our reserve . . An excellent result !! What stood out the most was our easy communication and personal support through out the whole process . . That was what impressed me the most . . Jason & Grace ticked all the boxes and I was extremely happy & satisfied with their services . Thankyou so much Jason & Grace you are both amazing .
