Wow! What a great experience!

I contacted Jason when my wife randomly bought a house in a spur of the moment decision. This resulted in us needing to sell within 30 days to secure the other house my wife had immediately fallen in love with. To say I was uncomfortable with her rash decision is an understatement. I spoke to Jason and immediately started feeling better. He listen to our position and offered sound knowledge and solutions to assist us selling in this tight time frame. With all the options on the table we opted for an auction. Once again well outside my comfort zone as I had never auctioned before. Jason was strategic and knowledgeable of the market and the clientele that passed through our property throughout the marketing campaign. He provided feedback every time there was something new or an inspection occurred. Jason was the rock we needed to get us through this impromptu purchase and sale and did so exceeding our exceptions, not just with the price we got but the service we received.
