Great result in tough circumstances

Michael sold our home in Fairfield in early 2023. Despite all the effort that we put in to present our home in its best light, we struggled with the stigma associated with the 2022 flood. Our highset home had all of it's living areas clear of the flood waters. Eventually, due to the combined persistence of Michael and ourselves, genuine buyers were found who appreciated the home for its qualities, features and flood resilience. From this a sale was agreed.
