Detailed knowledge of process and understanding of market

Cameron stepped in to assist Darren who was unavailable for a short duration. He then returned to his daily Managing Director role on Darren's return. Cameron ensured he was across Darren's original work and kept the momentum moving during his absence. Cameron's involvement provided the marketing was seamless for Darren to continue with. Cameron was the Team Lead on Auction night, and with Darren kept us well informed and aware throughout. Although extremely busy amongst the potential buyers, Cameron took the time to keep us up to speed with proceedings and we did enjoy a positive sale. Cameron ensured the 'Ray White' Team were all actively engaged in supporting both Vendors and potential purchasers.

Extensive Professionalism with solid experience across the market

Darren enacted a continuous communication with us. His initial management of repairs to bring the site up to presentation level was most appreciated. Detailed finishes were consistent across the property, and Darren's broad understanding of potential buyers needs proved valuable. Furniture 'staging' highlighted the potential of the re-furbished property. Darren initiated a 'feedback' advice that kept us updated within the promotion period, and this gave us confidence. Our property was well placed in the auction process system, with perhaps 100 attendees on the auction evening for 8 varied properties. We were kept informed from establishing the reserve, explanation of potential responses and the final result. Both Darren and Cameron kept us updated as they continued to work potential buyers in the room. A strong result contributed to by a solid TEAM effort of all staff solidly led!! Well done to the Auctioneer for his patience, promotion and understanding of the room!! Thankyou Darren and Cameron for attending to our needs some 200klm away, and achieving a fantastic result in line with expectations.
