We honestly cant recommend Lam enough, he has made our first buying experience a one we will cherish for the rest of our lives. His great knowledge of the area we were buying into, his tireless efforts, very thorough consultation and providing honest advice were some of the few positives. Lam also kept us up to date during the process with continuous communications and his rapport with clients are highly recommended.
