Great person with excellent service!

We had decided to sell our St Marys investment townhouse early 2021. We contacted 3 agents in the area including our property manager who managed the rental. On first interaction all of them sounded enthusiastic, knowledgeable and keen to work. They promised to do pre work and come back with marker information. One week later no news so followed up and heard back from only one who apologised but still no data.
