Terrible experience

I was renting a property with this real estate what happened was they scam us with the paint on tile they try to put it on us & said they didn’t have problem with previous tenant about this but the good thing was i reported the first day i moved. Now they don’t pick my calls neither do they get back to me for maintenance propose. I am stuck with them for 6 months so i don’t recommend renting or buying property with this real estate wetherill park.
