great customer service, nicola was absolutely amazing in assisting us with the house, being freshly 18, this was hard to cope through as myself and my twin brother are doing everything we can for our mother as she is through stressful times, nicola was there to answer all messages and calls regarding questions i had for her right away. would definitely recommend to someone looking to buy or rent a property, great agents, and a great team behind the agency.
