A fantastic result with David

I have met David in person only once before the auction of my mother's property, as I live 510 km's away on the far south coast hinterland. This did not detract from the fact that I was being very well informed by frequent email updates. From my experience, David worked his fingers to the bone with calls, emails and meetings with prospective buyers! He knows the area and people well as he was brought up locally. On Auction day, all I can say is, WOW! The street was blocked by the amount of people who came to watch, some to bid and some to sticky beak. David was like an orchestra conductor, directing his people to ensure that no bid was missed by the auctioneer and generally making it a fun auction! I was shocked by the last bid, which was $351,000.00 above our expectations. All in all, I would unreservedly recommend David for any sale on auction. You won't get better anywhere!
