Good Mediator Who Got A Difficult Sale Over The Line

From the moment we spoke with Steve McMahon and when he came to our property we were confident we had the right man for the job. Steve checked in with us regularly but was not pushy as we prepared our property in the lead up to putting it on the market. From the only home open required Steve was able to obtain a fair offer from a purchaser. Unfortunately this is where the sale got difficult, but had it not been for Steve, I don’t believe the sale would’ve continued. Steve worked tirelessly with us as we moved to NSW and with various contractors who needed access to the property to assist with final preparations for settlement and the purchaser’s last minute requests.
