Colleen from RT Edgar has been managing two of my families properties for approximately two years now. Recently and unfortunately we had a tenant that got into financial difficulty and was continually late paying the rent which could have easily interrupted our cash flow making it difficult to make our own loan repayments. Colleen was instrumental in her constant following up of the tenant to ensure the rent kept coming in by smaller manageable amounts through the month. I believe the tenant was also appreciate of the support, understanding and flexibility she was providing him. I was also impressed with her ongoing and frequent email/sms communication she provided through the 8 months, keeping be informed of when I could expect payments etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Colleen to manage someones property. Most agents can manage a property until tenants start not meet their obligations. Its when they don't meet their obligations that the great agents shine. A big thanks Colleen.

Really helpful and genuine service
We all know how difficult finding the right home can be, and also how hard the move is once you have found the right home. Colleen has been really helpful in the whole process thus far, even going as far as sharing some furniture ideas to suit the unique space. Even after hours over the weekend when experiencing some issues at the property, Travis was contactable for my emergency and helped to get it sorted asap. Thanks for all your efforts guys, it has definitely made a tricky time a lot less stressful.
