I was extremely impressed with how much trouble Dick went to for me, I was incapacitated with a broken knee and I had to rely on him to give me as much information as possible about the property. He sent me videos and was very communicative at all times throughout the sale. My daughter was the one that inspected the house and Dick was very accommodating with her, as I was unable to travel to inspect it myself.
