Really patient and easy to communicate with

I worked directly with one agent throughout the process, and she was honestly very patient and easy to talk to. She took the time to listen to my thoughts and concerns and helped communicate everything clearly with the landlord. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which I really appreciated, especially during a stressful time like moving. She was responsive, calm, and genuinely considerate.
