No other person we wanted to deal with

Nicola was the agent who originally sold us our house 8 years ago. Every year we received a card on the anniversary of the purchase and at Christmas. When it came time for us to sell there was really no other person we wanted to deal with. Nicola has always been very friendly and has been interested in us rather than just chasing a sale. We took about 8 months from first contact to the time we were ready to sell. Nicola would send a text every couple months just to see how we were getting on rather than pushing us to go to market. Once the decision was made, everything was organised quickly and efficiently. When it came time to set the sell price we were given enough market information to help us set the price. In the end we received a full price verbal offer on day 1 of the campaign which ended up being the successful offer.
