Once the property finally did settle - she also proactively gave me updates on the path to rentals. If only all agents were as easy to work with as Jan.
Jan did everything she could to maximise my return as a seller (as it is the seller paying the commission). Too many agents are interested in quick sale but minor change in commission can mean large difference in sale for seller which can be crucial to their future.
