Proactive until the last

Jan represented the vendor, with myself being the purchaser. She continually worked to create a series of win-win outcomes for all parties concerned, leveraging out of the box thinking. Once the property finally did settle - she also proactively gave me updates on the path to rentals. If only all agents were as easy to work with as Jan.

Working for both sellers and buyers

Jan did everything she could to maximise my return as a seller (as it is the seller paying the commission). Too many agents are interested in quick sale but minor change in commission can mean large difference in sale for seller which can be crucial to their future. Jan does however try to match the right buyer with the property and in that respect is working for both sellers and buyers alike. Having also purchased a house through Jan, I know she cares about what both parties want to achieve and I would highly recommend her to any prospective seller or any buyer looking for an agent with integrity, especially where they are new to the area.
