Unbelievable service above and beyond expectations

We recently purchased our 2nd home in capalaba. We bought our house from Simon and his team, and I have to say that from start to finish, the service, communication and understanding we received was wonderful and the whole purchase process was easy and exciting. The purchase of our first home, was very disappointing to say at the least, we bought from a different agent, in regards to the interactions we had with the real estate, basically the agent threw the keys to us out his car window and that was that!! Our experience with Simon's team was a very very different story. On settlement day, the banks were demoted and had some issues, so the orioeety didn't settle until.late on a Friday afternoon, we had had a long day and I couldn't make it to the real estate to collect the keys. So it was arranged for one of Simis staff to drop the keys to us at our first property. I thought this was very kind of the agents. When they arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful big hamper gift box with a big ribbon, and very nice keyring, and a promise of many gifts in the future from Simon and his team at Easter and Christmas every year, and also the offer of use of the agents box trailer anytime should we need one. By this stage I was quiet overwhelmed by the excitement and generosity of Simon and his team. Anyway, if that all wasn't enough, the service provided to us after the sale was even more extraordinary When we get to the house, The key we have doesnt open any of the doors and its 10pm Friday night, what do we do? I called Michelle and Before I knew it, the team had a locksmith out to the house to.immediately resolve the problem, next morning, Simon offered that the locksmith come back and change all the locks, at his expense. Very very generous!! A few days into the house, we found the oven didnt work. I phoned Simon. Without hesitation, Simon offered to replace the oven. he didnt want us feeling disappointed! Outstanding Service, Excellent business, Extraordinary Staff
