Integrity, Professionalism, Respect,Values and Communication

From the first hour when Steven came into my home with a carrot cake to discuss one of the most important decisions in my life to sell my unit after 10 years living in my humble abode . I was so skeptical as i had been burnt once before and lost a lot of money trying to put it on the market. Within the hour I felt respected, listened to, well informed, safe and had a good "gut feel" about this well presented and professional gentleman who was about to sell my only prized possesion (after my dog Beau (maltezexshitzu) who could not get away from Steve. Sell he did.....after being on the market for 24 hours ....SOLD. Sell he did...for over the asking price.... I think i cried and celebrated at the same time for a week! The most important message i would like to state is that not once did i feel pressurized, uneasy or unsure or ill-informed.
