Professional Approach

Caple Properties sold our property in just a few short weeks. Their approach in marketing our property was very professional and impressive as they used their extensive database of known buyers (locally and inter-state) and social media to widely promote our property, resulting in four groups attending on the Thursday and nine groups on the Saturday in the first week. The property was sold 10 days later. We received immediate confirmation of attendance and a detailed report each week, enabling us to track progress with all interested parties. Most importantly, Caple’s communication with us was responsive and supportive, with messages responded to quickly and requests for additional information or advice always approached sensitively and professionally. Not only did Caple exceed our expectations with regard to their approach and professional service but they were easy to work with (nothing was ever too much trouble) and acted like a partner, always with our best interests at heart.
