.. you can’t do better than Dewi! I cannot appreciate Dewi enough.

Selling my home was a very big decision for me and a lot was depending of not making any mistakes in this. Started with some really big names in google search, talked to them, felt like just a chore to some agents. Realised that for me getting the right price is the only thing that would have saved me from financial ruin. But for some big agents only thing that mattered was number of sales since they made money by selling lot of properties even if it is getting undersold. An ex-neighbour who sold her house through Dewi recommended her and I cannot appreciate Dewi enough. She was always with us on every step. May it be explaining the process and timelines or may it be recommending solicitors or tradespeople or even shops. Dewi was always available and very prompt with any queries and very punctual with any follow ups and liaising with others. She even helped me to extent of helping move heavy furniture so that my home is looking more organised. I don’t think there are many agents who take full ownership of entire process like her and are perfectionist like her. Selling you home is always painful but you can’t do better than Dewi to make the best of the situation.
