Persistence pays

I listed with Michelle and Mark as I liked the idea of a male/female team marketing my unit to prospective owner occupiers. I was looking for a good price rather than a quick sale, and Michelle and Mark did the hard work to achieve what I wanted. The buyer and I are both happy with the deal, and I think Michelle and Mark delivered the best price possible, above what other agents were telling me was the likely sale price in the current market. They have lived up to their hype.
