Amazing agent - rare find in the real estate market!

I had shortlisted several agents to sell my house; George was the most realistic, straightforward, easy to deal with agent who got the house sold faster than I expected. On the second session of an open house, we had an offer locked down and no further delays with a price I was happy with. Settlement went without a hitch because George had done his due diligence to ensure that this was a serious buyer and was not going to fail due to financing. I previously had the experience with another agent for another house - one who could not get anyone to even come to the inspection and had continuously asked me to decrease the price, and then locked me in an exclusive clause for a further period of time because he was unhappy that I wanted to drop him as an agent. My experience with George was on the opposite end - the moment I got the house ready and passed him the keys, he did his magic and got groups of people to view it. He explained what the sales strategy was going to be and how much it would cost me - and nothing veered from our agreement. I was so happy that it went without a hitch.
