Painless & pleasing I

I first met Tim Jarvis when he called in to do a property appraisal around about in June 2022. After meeting with tim & 2 other realestate reps. We decided to sell in early January 23, I requested a updated appraisal from tim. As elderly & extremely private people we set him a difficult task of selling our property without having open house & no advertising signs keeping the sale low key in our district this making it difficult for him but he charged straight into it keeping us informed while doing his job @ no time was we worried or concerned. Because he had it on about 5 internet sites by Thursday & rang requesting access for 3 couples on Friday morning 5pm that afternoon he rang to say 2 of them request a contract & put in bids 1 of witch was $30,000.00 over our prset price. It took Tim less than 24hrs to sell our property once it was listed. Must be some sort of record. The whole process was very professional & pleasing. Tin Jarvis did a great job & he's a pleasure to know & deal with regards Chris & Lesley
