Genuine, realistic, polite and down to earth

We first met Joel when he was pounding the footpath and we were in the middle of constructing a retaining wall out the front of our house. Joel took the time to stop for a chat and listened as we explained our vision for the property. My wife said to me after, “when we sell this place, I want to use him”.
