A wonderful Real Estate Professional in the best Agency in Brisbane's Western Suburbs

Living in Perth and recently trying to sell our mother's property in Brisbane was an extremely challenging and daunting prospect. We engaged Remax Real Estate Agency in River Hills, Brisbane, after some online and telephone research of agency options in that area of Western Brisbane. Our initial contact was with Roxanne Workman (on whom I have done a separate, very positive, review) but gradually Liam started managing the sales, pricing and negotiations phases for our property. The sale was completed in minimal time- much to our family's satisfaction. Liam presents as professional, diligent and knowledgeable, with excellent communications skills. He was very effective in providing timely feedback throughout the process and was even calling me with updates 2 days after he underwent an emergency appendectomy. Within a week of that emergency procedure, he also mowed the lawn of the property to ensure the home was presented in the best possible light for an open home inspection. This level of service was, to me, unprecedented but very, very much appreciated, given we were unable to complete this task ourselves. Remax River Hills also has a Kenmore Office where Liam is based , making his trip to River Hills all the more meritorious. All the staff at Remax River Hills and its allied office at Kenmore have done a wonderful job in coordinating the sale of our mother's home in a highly professional manner. We cannot recommend Liam and all the other staff highly enough.

Roxanne Workman and her wonderful team are market leaders in real estate in the western suburbs

Selling a parent's home in the Brisbane Suburb of River Hills whilst residing in Perth, does present unique challenges. Thankfully, through online and phone research, we were directed to Roxanne Workman's Re/Max Real Estate Agency in Riverhills, Brisbane. From our very first conversation, it became apparent that Roxanne had an unmatched knowledge of the real estate market in and around River Hills (Mount Ommaney, Jindalee, Westlakes etc.). Her agency also manages rental properties in the area, meaning the breadth of her understanding of the market extends to investors rather than just homeowner buyers. We decided to commission Roxanne to commence the sales process and were delighted with the response. Much to our delight and despite an obviously softening market (due to recent Interest Rate rises) the home sold as Roxanne expected it to do.
