Jason knows his stuff. We had Jason attend the property just as tenants of 7.5 years left. House was looking very tired. We told Jason of our plan to renovate and were hoping to have a contract/sale prior to Christmas. Jason replied “before Christmas – no way, how about end of November?” (this was 29 October) He was determined and came through.
