We had a million questions for Sean, and each one of these was concisely explained. It was a big step for us, selling the family home of 23 years and at times we were stressed over things that, in the end ,didn,t matter. Sean was able to put us at ease and he always answered the questions with clarity. The endless paper work from the conveyancing solicitors was, at times, overwhelming, and Sean was able to steer us in the right direction on all occasions, such was his professionalism. Some of our questions probably seemed frivolous but he was able to ease our concerns on all occasions.
