HE'S LIKE CASSIUS CLAY - THE GREATEST!

Having sold our previous home with Lachlan within a matter of a couple of weeks, after deciding to move from Caloundra to Brisbane recently we chose to again use Lachlan. Upon going to the UK for a holiday we thought we would "test the market" and Lachlan listed our 5 bed 3 bath house to take to the market a couple of weeks before our return. I jokingly said we'd like to come back to a contract - however we came back to an UNCONDITIONAL contract! Not only that but at a price which considerably exceeded our expectations.
