++ Thanks for all your help, the support throughout the acquisition of the property, your flexibility and the friendly manner in which you’ve facilitated the process. What could, and I am sure in many instances would, have been a quite stressful event was managed in a most seamless manner – with you always prepared to assist and go the extra mile! Thanks also for the lovely card and something to celebrate – it was certainly appreciated. And Emma also asked me to specifically thank you!
