Previous agent: The previous agent from another firm concentrated on the problems with the house, and his only solution was to drop the selling price. I was remote in Cairns and he didn't relocate a some of the tenant's rubbish from the house to the garage, and couldn't see that the house needed to be cleaned. Mark Southwell: Mark concentrated on the good points of the house and very quickly had two offers. He was energetic and thorough, and I would recommend him to anyone.
