Great Agent!!!

I found Stuart by googling the best real estate agent on the Gold Coast. We appointed Stuart at the beginning of this year to sell 3 of our properties. Stuart is a pleasure to deal and is fantastic with his communication. He always gives updates by phone or email (depending on what suits us at the time). The property listed in this review was the first property we put on the market. It was vacant when it was listed and it was only on the market for 1 week before it went under contract. We have since put our 2nd property on the market with Stuart. This property was tenanted when it was listed and it was on the market for under 8 weeks before it went under contract. Stuart is a very caring person and he set aside time to talk to our tenant to make sure he was on her good side and to ensure the process was smooth for everyone with minimal disruptions to the tenant. We felt that the selling price was realistic for both properties (in fact one sold higher than any of us expected) and were happy with the sales. We have 1 more property to sell which should go on the market at the start of October and I have no doubt that Stuart will get us the contract we desire. The tenants will be vacating prior to the property going on the market and Stuart has offered to come and see us to give some hints & tips as to what we need to do to achieve a good sale. I would highly recommend Stuart to be your agent as you wont be disappointed. He is very professional and he clearly has great real estate knowledge in the areas/suburbs he covers.
