King, not just a last name.

I recently sold an investment property on the Gold Coast remotely from Canberra. Rob King from REMAX acted as my agent for the sale. This was the first property I had ever sold, so I had very little experience, but Rob was extremely professional and guided me through the entire process. Living far away from the property, Rob personally inspected it, took photos, and provided recommendations on small renovations and maintenance items that would help maximise the sale value. With most of the recommendations accepted, Rob arranged all of the work himself, using mostly contractors he had worked with and trusted previously. The work was completed to a high standard at very competitive rates. Rob also handled the unexpected speed bumps that came up personally making sure everything was sorted and ready for sale. As a bloke who had no idea what he was doing when it came to selling a house, Rob was outstanding and helped me secure a sale above our original valuation. I only wish Rob worked across other states, as I would have him selling all of our future houses.
