The Best Agent on the Coast !!

I chose Brian from a list of 3 agents that priced my property. His valuation was higher than the other 2 agents and because of this disparity I was going to go with one of the other agents. I managed to speak to Brian face to face and he explained to me at length the reason he came to his evaluation. After speaking to him I was extremely impressed with him as a person, his vision for the property and his energy and positivity around achieving the valuation mark. After the meeting there was only one agent I was choosing. During the period that the property was on the market (which wasn't very long) Brian was in constant contact calling me with updates and possible leads on a daily basis, sometimes into the early evenings. As a result I was 100% confident throughout the process that we would achieve something close to his valuation and still way above the other two agents. What do you know....we ended up with a really positive result and I truly believe that was only due to Brian's honesty, drive, commitment and most importantly his infectious personality. Thanks Brian, you're the best Agent on the Gold Coast at the very least!
