As Buyers - it was a good experience

Jake was the sales agent for the property we purchased. After interacting with a couple of dozen other agents over previous months, he differentiated himself from the vast majority of them through his personable, up-front, transparent and non-pushy approach. He was honest from the get-go about all aspects of the property, there were no surprises and he treated us with respect, while still properly representing his clients best interests. Jakes communication skills were excellent and he responded always in a timely manner. It was a refreshing experience and while it was nice to buy through him, I would moreso appreciate his style, honesty and work ethic should we need to sell something in the future. He'll certainly get the job.
