First time buyers made to feel at ease

As first time buyers, this whole experience was very daunting. We had been to many viewings, over many weekends, searching for the right home for the family. When we went to visit our eventual new home, we were greeted by Chris, who was polite, friendly and welcoming on first interaction, not pushy or 'bored' as per some of our previous experiences at viewings. He interacted with us throughout the property, and took the time to get to know us and be approachable to ask questions. After we decided to make an offer, Chris talked us through the process, how the bidding would proceed and what the whole process looks like. Again, this was all completely new to us, but we were treated with respect and politeness throughout. Next came the acceptance of our bid, and we were both excited and terrified. This was completely uncharted territory for us, but Chris was there each step to talk us through the process, encouraging us to ask questions along the way and made us feel like there was no silly questions. Additionally he went out his way to always follow up things for us and be available when we were unsure of something or had a question for him. Chris was onsite, on time for pre settlement, additional viewings and any time he said he would call, you can bet the phone would ring at that time. Fast forward to us being in our new home, we are very thankful of Chris guiding us through this journey. Not only for his expertise, but his polite demeanour, patience for our 'newbie' questions and just general helpfulness. along the way.
