At all times he was courteous and helpful. With his excellent communication skills, he was able to generate interest in the property by pricing it as being offers over $699,000 as a starting point, given his excellent knowledge of the Nerang housing market. Chris followed up on those who visited and who showed interest in the property and was able to generate a competing market, and obtained, what I believe was a good price at that time in the market. Out of 8 offers in the one inspection, he was able to sell the property for $750,000. Chris Holmes is highly professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.
