Can highly recommend Chris Holmes without hesitation in selling your property, and buying one.

Chris Holmes is a real estate agent that you can trust with selling your property. Throughout my contract with him to sell the property, Chris showed that he knew the local market in Nerang. He was able to market my property effectively and efficiently, and was able to get the best possible price in the real estate market during that time. Chris knew how to gently talk my tenant through the steps of the property being sold while they were occupying the premises with their belongings. Chris knows all the RTA and QCAT rules and was able to have the property vacated within allowable timeframe for property settlement to take place. Chris was also very helpful in providing the names of several conveyancing firms. I chose DSL Law, and found them to be an excellent choice. I watched Chris Holmes at the open inspection morning. He conducted the open inspection perfectly. Chris has wonderful interpersonal skills, and knows his market very well. He has a lovely personality that showed while giving out brochures and information relating to the body corporate levies and by-laws, and, City of Gold Coast rates and water. At all times he was courteous and helpful. With his excellent communication skills, he was able to generate interest in the property by pricing it as being offers over $699,000 as a starting point, given his excellent knowledge of the Nerang housing market. Chris followed up on those who visited and who showed interest in the property and was able to generate a competing market, and obtained, what I believe was a good price at that time in the market. Out of 8 offers in the one inspection, he was able to sell the property for $750,000. Chris Holmes is highly professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him, without hesitation, to any one who wants to sell their property.
