Kirstie was wonderful from the moment I met her. I had been looking for a property for some time + was feeling quite worn down by the constant competition, fast-moving properties + time + effort it was taking to find my next home. Having left a difficult situation, things were amplified when it came to emotion, worry + stress. Kirstie was incredible, every step of the way. Her support, care + constant attention got me through what was a very difficult time for me. She constantly checked in on me, kept me up to date with the process + always returned my calls + texts in a super timely manner. I could not have asked for a better person to help me secure my new home. + that's exactly what she did - so many agents only care about the landlord (like my previous real estate agent), but Kirstie cared about me - she cared about my story, my needs, my mental + emotional health. A rare find in a saturated market, that's for sure. I would highly recommend Kirstie + her team, whether you're a tenant or a landlord. Kirstie's heart + soul is in this game + she's incredible at her job. I for one am so grateful to have met her. She has made an incredibly tough time, so much better.
