Will get you a "good enough" offer

We bought from Kylee. Great experience. We sold with Kylee, not so great. She will get you a "good enough" price. We felt she made zero effort to sell our property and was basically like, this is the offer, take it or leave it. We felt she very much had the buyers best interests at heart. Was spinning stories about the buyer like they're in hospital, young kids etc etc like she was trying to push the sale in their favour. Very confusing, frustrating experience. Would not recommend. Her model seems to be, have max number of listings for Max commission - doesn't care about increasing the sale price of your property as she still gets commission. Compare with local agents - here sale prices are consistently lower.
