Very good experience, some feedback around pre-settlement inspection

Overall, it was a reasonably smooth process with Kylee's help. She had a strong level of market knowledge in the area that we were buying. We appreciated that Kylee communicated regularly and with clarity. One piece of feedback that we have regarding the pre-settlement inspection is we would have appreciated if the sellers had been encouraged to vacate the middle floor of the property for a short period of time during the inspection. We are fully understanding that the seller was working from home but we would have liked at least a few minutes to inspect that space more throoughly and we felt a bit uncomfortable asking them to move ourselves.
