Oh my god, wow! I am so used to real estate agents not even giving me the time of day, but along came Gail and wow. One of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She was super efficient, a fantastic communicator- and even went out of her way to drop of keys after her shift finished to ensure we could enter the property early the next morning for utility appointments.
